Program Objectives

The International Economics and Development track is an innovative program ""in and through research"", focused on topics related to globalization and development. It aims to develop skills in economics and finance, and to analyze and understand the causes and effects of globalization on national, regional, and international institutions. The end goal of the program is research.

Program objectives:

  • Master academic research methods in economics
  • Create economic outlook studies, sectorial assessments, public policy evaluations, and risk analyses, particularly in developing and emerging markets
  • Gain expertise in tools for statistical and econometric analysis
  • Gain expertise in project management
