Market Law and Regulation - 291 - Master's Year 2

Program Objectives

The Master's in Law and Market Regulation aims to train corporate lawyers, regulatory authorities or business lawyers who master the legal and economic mechanisms at work in regulated markets.
The Master 291 provides solid theoretical and practical training.
Training is provided by academics and, up to 60%, by practitioners from regulated sectors.
Students are immersed in professional reality through work-study programs.

  • Understand the legal and economic challenges of market regulation
  • Have an interdisciplinary take on the mechanisms and procedures of market regulation
  • Become expert in tools for analyzing competition in regulated markets
  • Become expert in litigation of regulated markets
