Program Objectives

The Corporate Taxation program trains tax specialists who are ready to take positions in the most highly regarded tax attorney firms or the tax affairs departments of major French and international companies. To this aim, the program helps students develop their knowledge, their skills, and their know-how.

Program objectives:

  • Summarize and explain, in writing or orally, the tax, accounting or legal regulations that apply to companies and their managers
  • Provide reasoned tax advice and suggest domestic or international tax plans that align with the overall strategy of the company or group
  • Prevent or resolve litigation with tax authorities
