Teaching Modalities

The program offers two training options:

  • A two-year work-study program (with professionalization contracts), including 750 hours of instruction. Students in the program earn two different degrees: a Diplôme d'Université in Insurance Law and a second-year Master's in Insurance Law. The program follows an apprenticeship schedule: Two days on campus and three days at the workplace
  • A one-year initial training program with 430 hours of instruction. Students must complete an internship of at least two months. It gives access to the second-year Master's degree in Insurance Law. Some of the courses are the same as those offered in the two-year Master's program.

Whichever track they choose, students will have to write and defend a thesis.
Certain courses and conferences are held in English.

Internships and Supervised Projects

Students must complete an internship of between two and six months' duration. The student, the host company, and the university all co-sign the internship agreement.
The internship must be related to insurance and jurisprudence and can take place in France or abroad.
