How to apply?

The admissions process consists of 3 stages:

  1. Applications are submitted online through the dedicated MyCandidature platform
  2. Eligibility is determined based on the application file being complete.
  3. Admission is either granted, on waiting list or denied

The admission process for the 'Quantitative Economic Analysis' track is highly selective. Applicants must demonstrate their ability to undertake intensive courses in economics and quantitative methods central to the program. An interest in economic research is crucial, given the Master's program's profile, which includes completing a research dissertation. Fluency in English is also required (see above for details).

The application file must include the following: a detailed CV (in English), a cover letter (in English) clearly stating your motivation for joining the Master’s track, a comprehensive written response to a set of questions (in English), high school and college transcripts, and proof of English proficiency. Up to two recommendation letters may be included to strengthen the application, along with a summary of internships and dissertations, if applicable. The application must be completed in either French or English. Please ensure that any documents in languages other than English or French are officially translated.
All applications are evaluated by the admissions committee. Each application is assessed independently by two faculty members and discussed during the selection session. No oral interviews are conducted.

Important Information: The applicable tuition fees for the Quantitative Economic Analysis track correspond to the National University Diploma degree rates.
