Extended Enterprise Information Systems (SIEE): Audit and Consulting- 243 - Master's Year 2

Program Objectives

The SIEE program aims to train established or future professionals in the techniques and methods of audit and consulting for extended enterprise information systems. Information Systems (technologies and individuals) are key parts of any organization. A work-study schedule ensures that there is always alignment between the material covered in courses and professional realities on the ground.

Students can take courses in Paris or at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL's Tunis campus.
Increasing international awareness is a key element of the curriculum and is facilitated in collaboration with partner universities and companies. It takes the form of theoretical courses and case studies that students research before presenting a report in English. These end-of-semester reports are presented to a review panel of academics and professionals from the host country. The themes change from year to year but are always connected to course content and emerging technologies.

The objectives of this program are:

  • Beginning with risk management, become expert in the conceptual and methodological framework of a computational auditing approach, particularly when it comes to auditing information technology, applications, projects, and AI.
  • Understand and become expert in cybersecurity issues and emerging risks
  • Take a critical, reflexive approach to different practices while understanding the specificities of any given organization in a context of increasing data regulation
  • Take advantage of emerging technologies to apply this approach to information systems: AI and Big Data,
  • Develop the soft skills required of an auditor for oral and written communication: make pertinent recommendations, write and present audit reports
  • 20% of courses are taught in English in order to help students be able to audit and advise international organizations
