Program Objectives

The Real Estate Management program trains future real estate managers in investment, asset management, promotion, transactions and consulting, and expertise. The program's teaching faculty consists of professionals working in each area of specialization and Université Paris Dauphine-PSL instructors.

Program objectives:

  • Develop the ability to financially and legally analyze and manage real estate projects to be developed, bought, sold, or brokered
  • Develop the ability to manage a real estate portfolio and assets and to arbitrate them
  • Develop the ability to understand major chances in the real estate sector and to identify the levers and essential risks of any asset or project
