After completing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, the Consulting and Change Management Program was a fantastic opportunity to learn about the range of career paths on offer within consulting. I gained a wealth of knowledge from the excellent theory-based courses, which also included opportunities for professionals to share their perspective. An apprenticeship within an in-house consulting department at EDF, focusing on organizational and human resources issues, gave me the opportunity to develop my professional knowledge and approach, and put the consulting methodologies and tools I had learned into practice. After completing this program, I joined Sopra Steria Consulting, where I worked on areas related to digital transformation.
