Teaching Modalities

The first year of the Master’s program inManagement & Organizations is organized into two semesters and runs from September to June. It includes both mandatory and elective courses.
The main subjects covered during the first year (M1) include:

  • Strategy
  • Organizational theories and practices
  • Organizational behavior
  • Project management
  • Data science
  • Digital
  • Financial analysis
  • Philosophy and general culture

Students also receive support for group work as part of the "cross-disciplinary projects," and there is a course on research methods to assist in the preparation of the thesis.
With the exception of students enrolled in a work-study program starting in M1, all students are encouraged to take a gap year between M1 and M2.


Internships and Supervised Projects

Students may do an optional internship at the end of the first year or take a gap year between the first and second years of the Master's degree.
