Program Objectives
The Distribution and Customer Relations track is a dynamic, professionally-oriented program
The Distribution and Customer Relations track is one of the available tracks in the Master's degree in Marketing & Strategy. It engages students in active pedagogy to train them to be ready to take on the challenges and opportunities posed by e-commerce, the digital shift, and customer relations.
Regular projects in the form of C-Store, SCOPS, Startup Project, Challenge Distribution, and many others, are central to the program. Working professionals present students with real-life business case studies to contemplate and analyze.
Both the students and the teaching faculty are heavily involved in these innovative projects. They are also deeply committed to University life: see the opening of a Food Assembly for Dauphine's staff and students as well as local residents.
Competitive intelligence and curiosity are central to the Distribution and Customer Relations track: students use study trips and retail safaris to learn about commercial innovations in France and abroad and write about them for others in our newsletter.
Thanks to its university-wide projects, teaching faculty, and committed students, this program offers a stimulating education in marketing that leads to many professional opportunities.
