Master - Mathematics and Applications

Program Objectives

The Master's in Mathematics and Applications offers high-end preparation in pure and applied mathematics.
Its aim is to prepare specialists in mathematics as a whole. It prepares students for academic research as much as for professions in industry and the service sector where modeling has a prominent place.

Program Objectives :

  • Delve deep into mathematics during the first year.
  • Enhance first-year theoretical knowledge and lead into applied and theoretical mathematics.
  • Pursue a doctorate or pursue studies leading towards professionalization.

This Master's program is the fruit of a collaboration between Dauphine-PSL, École Normale Supérieure-PSL, MINES ParisTech-PSL and Observatoire de Paris-PSL.
