Education and Research in computer science
Université Paris Dauphine-PSL Computer Science School brings together a Graduate Program, two Masters programs, a doctoral program and the LAMSADE research laboratory.
The school offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary Computer Science training program. The Master’s degree in Computer Science offers advanced training in computer science, focusing on information systems, organizational, data and decision sciences, and artificial intelligence. With specializations such as business intelligence, modeling and optimization, this program prepares students for a wide range of professions such as data scientist, business intelligence consultant or IT project manager.
The Graduate Program and Doctoral Program in Computer Science enable further specialization in these areas of study, opening the way to careers in academic research and the development of advanced technologies and applications.
The courses are supported by the expertise and research programs of the Laboratory for Analyzing and Modeling Systems for Aiding Decisions (LAMSADE), which specializes in Decision Support and Operations Research, Decision Computing, Data and Artificial Intelligence, providing a dynamic environment for learning and innovation.

Excellent, multidisciplinary programs backed by a research laboratory specialized in computer science.
The international dimension is at the heart of our courses, providing a unique professional and multicultural experience
Thanks to its strategic alliances and campuses around the world, Université Paris Dauphine-PSL offers you the opportunity to spend one or two semesters abroad, or to obtain a dual diploma with a foreign university during your Master's degree.
International Mobility during the Master’s Degree
For the Master’s degree,
develop skills within a research environment
The Graduate Program in Computer Science offers a complete cycle of postgraduate studies and research from master's to doctorate level in computer science. Backed by LAMSADE at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, the Computer Science Department at ENS - PSL and the PR[AI]RIE institute, the Graduate Program includes a Master's degree that brings students closer to research. It offers engaging courses that strengthen cross-disciplinary skills and enrich the students’ academic path.
Doctoral program in Computer Science
Acquiring the skills required for research careers
The doctoral program in computer science is supported by the LAMSADE research center, and aims to train doctors in computer science in areas of study related to decision-making. The doctoral program not only offers specific training in computer science, but also prepares students for employment, monitors doctoral students' thesis work, provides a forum for the exchange and presentation of work in progress, consolidates and develops international policy (international cotutelles), and builds stronger links with companies (CIFRE).

Solutions for the design, use, and approval of formal decision support models.
LAMSADE (UMR CNRS 7243) is a leading international center established in 1974. The original research themes of Decision Support and Operations Research were subsequently complemented by Business Intelligence, Decision Theory and Artificial Intelligence.
The research conducted there begins upstream in decision-making processes; then proceeds to the mining, learning, and modeling of data, values, and preferences, through to methodology and system design, as well as the study of underlying algorithmic aspects; and downstream, the research focuses on vetting and incorporating recommendations in real-life organizational contexts.
LAMSADE has pioneered a unique approach to multi-criteria decision support, using algorithms and optimization to create the field of “Algorithmic Decision Theory”.
